Terms
These terms cover your use of northwrestle.com and anything you buy from North Wrestle. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
North Wrestle is pre-launch. Anything below about paid plans or merchandise applies once those launch.
Who we are
North Wrestle is an independent Canadian wrestling media platform based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It is operated by North Wrestle Media, a sole proprietorship registered in Saskatchewan. In these terms, "North Wrestle", "we" and "us" mean North Wrestle Media. You can reach us at contact@northwrestle.com.
Using the site
- You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you are under 18, get a parent or guardian to agree for you.
- Do not scrape, copy, resell or republish our rankings, results, articles, photos or video, and do not use them to train software or build a competing product, without written permission.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the site's security or its paywall.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Accounts
Some features need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us at contact@northwrestle.com if you think someone else has access to it. Do not share a paid account with other people.
Subscriptions
- Paid plans (monthly or annual) give access to premium rankings, results and related content. The plan, price and billing period are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We charge the payment method you gave us.
- You can cancel at any time in the customer portal (a link is in your receipt email) or by emailing contact@northwrestle.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you by email before a change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
- Founding member pricing, if offered, is a limited offer for the plan and period shown at checkout.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: cancel any time. We do not refund the current period, and you keep access until it ends.
- Annual plans: if you ask within 7 days of any annual charge, including a renewal, we will refund it in full. After 7 days we do not refund the current year, and you keep access until it ends. We email you before an annual plan renews so you can cancel first.
- If we charge you by mistake, or you are charged twice, tell us and we will fix it.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Merchandise
If we sell merchandise, the product, price and shipping cost are shown at checkout. Shipping times are estimates. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it. Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days at your cost, unless the item was made to order.
Our content
The rankings, articles, photographs, video, graphics, name and logo on the site belong to North Wrestle or to the people who licensed them to us. We give you a limited, personal licence to view them. You may quote short excerpts with credit and a link back to the original. Everything else needs our written permission.
Rankings are editorial. They reflect our judgment based on results and information available to us. They are not official rankings of any governing body, and athletes, coaches and clubs may disagree with them. If you believe something is wrong, tell us at contact@northwrestle.com and we will review it.
What you send us
If you send us photos, tips, corrections or other material, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it on North Wrestle's site and channels with credit where you ask for it. Only send us things you have the right to share.
Links and third parties
The site may link to other sites, and may show sponsor content that is marked as such. We are not responsible for other sites or for what sponsors say or sell.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the site running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or remove features, and we may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date when we do. If a change is material, we will tell subscribers by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and its content are provided "as is". We do not promise that results, records or rankings are complete or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, North Wrestle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or your purchases is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Saskatchewan, except where the law lets you bring a claim where you live.
